Upload Guidelines (Best Results)
  • Preferred aspect ratio: Upload creatives at 3.5:1 (width ÷ height = 3.5). Examples: 700px W × 200px H, 1400×400, 2800×800.
  • File types: JPG or PNG (RGB/sRGB). If you upload a PNG with transparency, the final download will still be JPG (transparency will flatten).
  • File size: Keep under 20MB (larger files may fail to load on some devices).
  • Orientation: Use a wide/landscape creative.
  • Important note (Cover mode): Previews use “Cover” to fill the face (fills the face; may crop edges). If your aspect ratio doesn’t match, the tool will crop edges. Keep logos/text away from the edges.
  • Safe area: Keep key text/logos at least 10% in from all sides (avoid putting critical content at the extreme edges).
  • Pixels matter, DPI doesn’t: For screen previews, pixel dimensions are what matter; the DPI metadata is not important.

Tip: If your creative is a different ratio, add padding/extra background space so cropping won’t cut off important elements.
