Pacific Oaks College, through its agency and Blue Line Media, is garnering impressions in a huge way in Los Angeles.

The college is using billboards, city bus ads and interior rail ads to reach Angelenos that are ready for a new way to earn a living. The ads contain images of different people with taglines about the college's benefits.

The career college is targeting certain Los Angeles neighborhoods to reach people who may be interested in education for a new career. The college selected the neighborhoods based on their resident's demographics.
