David Yurman Inc., a well-known jewelry company, working with Blue Line Media and their agency, Out There, has placed taxi ads on 450 taxis in NYC for the month of February to announce the grand opening of a new store and their existing flagship store.
In their minimalism, the ads convey a simple message: the store locations in NYC. Set against a double-black background, the ads are easy to read during both day and night.
Each side of the taxi top has a different store address in the ad.
At 450 taxis, the ads are expected to reach almost a 50% share of voice in the NYC market. And with Fashion Week in February, people from various points around the globe will see the ads.
