DESCRIPTION (Subway Advertising) [back to top] Subway advertising is generally available in two forms: subway interior ads (inside subway ads) and subway station-platform ads. The subway station-platform ads are generally available in diorama form (backlit subway station-platform advertising posters) and traditional 2-sheet form (non-backlit subway station-platform advertising posters). All forms of subway advertising displays and placards produce substantial commuter views almost seven days a week in various cities nationwide.
Subway advertising posters and placards reach both business persons and the general public. The subway advertising boards are visible as subway riders sit or stand on their way to their destination. The subway advertising signs are also visible in the stations and reach commuters in a captive setting.
Subway advertising displays and placards are great for all types of businesses and government agencies that have a significant message to communicate to the general public. With the reduction in TV viewership, subway advertising posters should be included in any advertising mix.
Many refer to subway advertising as metro advertising, because many cities' transportation systems' names include "Metro" in their title (for example, Metropolitan Transportation Authority, or "Metro" for short). Washington, DC residents, for example, refer to their subway and train system as the Metro, and refer to the subway advertising displays as metro advertising displays.
Contact or email us today to determine how you can take advantage of subway advertising signs and placards (or as some call it, metro advertising).
Make subway advertising media part of your outdoor-out of home advertising media mix, including transit advertising media, bus advertising media, bus-transit stop-shelter advertising media, bench advertising, subway advertising media, train-rail advertising media, billboard advertising media, mobile billboard advertising media, airport advertising media and more.
