Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles is advertising inside malls and on both Los Angeles DASH and MTA buses to promote its message: "Start Paying Your Mortgage. We Can Help."
Struggling homeowners can use the service for mortgage modification assistance and other help. With foreclosures on the rise, residents are surely to advantage of the nonprofit's services.
