On June 1, 2010, Blu Line Media became Blue Line Media LLC and our website address changed to www.bluelinemedia.com.  Please read through this page to learn more about our name change.

Reason for the Name Change

We changed our name from Blu Line Media to Blue Line Media LLC simply to avoid confusion in the spelling of our name.  In our business dealings, we found that many of our clients and vendors often spell the "Blue" with an "e," which causes confusion in communication and billing matters.  To avoid this confusion, "Blue" now contains an "e."  We believe that this minor change will decrease confusion about the spelling of our name and facilitate communication with our clients and vendors.  

New Website and Email Extensions
As part of the name change, we have also changed our website address to www.bluelinemedia.com and all email extensions to ___@bluelinemedia.com (e.g., dannyp@bluelinemedia.com)

New Taxpayer/Employer Identification Number (TIN/EIN)

The TIN/EIN for Blue Line Media LLC is 26-4211325.

Effect on Current Contracts for Our Clients

Although the name change took effect on June 1, 2010, for any contracts that cover advertising periods that begin in June and July 2010, we will render services to, and bill, such advertisers under the old name of Blu Line Media and old TIN/EIN 80-0345293.  For any contracts that begin after such months, we will use the new name of Blue Line Media LLC and TIN/EIN 26-4211325.

Effect on Current Contracts for Our Vendors

Although the name change took effect on June 1, 2010, for any contracts that cover advertising periods that begin in June and July 2010, vendors must bill us under the old name of Blu Line Media.  
For any contracts that begin after such months, we will use the new name of Blue Line Media LLC for all purposes.
